Coach House Cottage

The COACH HOUSE is a two bedroomed semi detached stone cottage which sleeps 5 to 7. From the entrance hall of this spacious cottage guests enter a large living room with dining area. The lounge area is equipped with colour T.V. Freeview and DVD player. A double sofa bed is provided in an alcove. A separate kitchen leads from the dining area, equipped with full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all crockery and cooking utensil's for comfortable living. A bathroom with bath, shower (over bath), wash hand basin and toilet is accessed from the entrance lobby. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed, the other with three single beds. Outside the is a patio area with table and chairs and a few metres away is the walled garden.

The Coach House is equipped with full gas central heating. The tariff is inclusive of heating, lighting, bedding, towels and tea towels. A communal utility room is close by equiped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A small charge is made for use of the laundry equipement.

A few metres from the Coach House cottage is the walled garden which houses the heated outdoor swimming pool and barbeque area. The walled garden has a fine array of flowers and shrubs and offers beautifull views up the Bristol channel to Weston Super Mare and beyond. At the bottom of the garden is a track that leads directly into the Exmoor National Park.
