RATES ARE
PER UNIT (Up to the maximum number of occupants) NOT PER PERSON and
INCLUDE HEATING, COOKING, HOT WATER, BED LINEN & TOWELS. Swimming
towels are not provided.
Weekly tenancies start from Saturday at 3.30 p.m. and end on Saturday at
10:30 am. The rates quoted are for occupation up to the maximum number
indicated for the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £3.00
per dog per day. Normal maximum, two dogs per unit.
Short
Break prices are for three nights, Friday-Monday or four nights Monday-Friday.
Tenancies start at 3.30 p.m. on the first day and end at 10.30 a.m. on
the last day. Short Breaks are not available between 3rd July and 27th August.
An extra day can be added to a weekend break. Cost, 25% of the short break
price.
Although perfectly secluded at Periton Park, we are close to all amenities,
so that whilst the freedom of self-catering can be enjoyed, it is also
very easy to eat out. Minehead has English, Indian, Chinese and Italian
restaurants, and there are many country pubs offering excellent meals.
The heated outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September. The pool
is used at your own risk. It is not life guard protected. Children under
the age of 14 must be supervised.
Bookings must be confirmed in writing, accompanied by 50% accommodation
deposit. A Booking once taken with deposit is a contract for the whole amount,
with balance payable on arrival. Cheques payable to Periton Park Court.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance forms are provided on request.

Periton Park Stables is now a livery yard and training centre. Holiday DIY grasss livery is available. British Horse Society qualified and registered Tuition is available in our out door arena on your own horse. Group lessons are £25 per hour, Private lessons £30 per hour. Jump lessons in a group are £30 per hour and £35 Private.

All horses and ponies must be wormed vaccinated and covered by Public Liability/Third Party/ Accident Insurance. Periton Park Riding Stables accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any accident or injuries to your animals or liability for injuries or damage to third parties.
